1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuroVox's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NeuroVox provides AI-powered lead generation and social media advertising services. Our platform identifies potential customers through various social networks and creates targeted advertising campaigns to connect businesses with qualified prospects.

2.1 Lead Generation Services

  • Identification of potential customers based on specified criteria
  • Lead qualification and scoring
  • Multi-platform social media advertising
  • Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

NeuroVox operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model with the following pricing structure:

  • Standard Plan: $40 per qualified lead (LinkedIn and email campaigns)
  • Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead (multi-platform campaigns)
  • Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead (full-service solution)

3.1 Lead Qualification

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who meets your specified criteria and has demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services. You will only be charged for leads that meet our qualification standards.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of NeuroVox, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your target audience and business
  • Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

5. Data Privacy and Security

NeuroVox is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all data processed through our platform.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, NeuroVox does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeuroVox's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all outstanding invoices.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in NeuroVox's platform, algorithms, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of NeuroVox.

10. Modifications to Terms

NeuroVox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
